They have partnered with Neomech who are a host employer for the Defence Industry Pathways Program (DIPP) supporting apprentices/students with hands on experience and real time learning.

PEER’s mentoring and pastoral care model ensures every apprentice is supported from Day 1.
By working with PEER, we are able to provide passionate and high quality candidates with apprentice opportunities to cut their teeth on advanced engineering projects. This helps a smooth transition from the education system, as PEER provide additional academic training to help candidates get up-to speed.
